Sudmission Refund Policy

At Sudmission, we stand by the quality of our products. Our formulations are crafted with care to meet the needs of Jiu-Jitsu and MMA athletes. Because of this, refunds and exchanges are limited to cases where a product is proven to be defective.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Refunds are only available for defective items.
    • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
  2. Process:

    • If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of claim approval.
  3. Conditions:

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened or used unless they are defective.
    • Products purchased from third-party retailers must be addressed with the original point of purchase.
  4. Exchanges:

    • In the rare case of a defect, we offer an exchange or replacement of the same product.
